Technology has reached quite fantasizing height and it would be quite lame trying to justify its importance in front of all those who are actually reading here 😛
There was a time I didn’t know even the c of cooking but today I feel I have at-least reached the c of cooking 😉 all thanks to Internet and YouTube. See what I cooked
That’s Shahi Paneer (Indian main course dish) and it’s actually what I was trying to cook perfectly for a long time. In my previous encounters with this dish I had managed to cook some what eatable Shahi Paneer. But what makes me eager to make a special post is the absolutely perfect restaurant type taste that I had been striving for a long time. This dish is really close to my heart and reaching this type of taste was very important (reasons to be discussed later) 🙂
Now lets just mention what helped me reach here. I learned this recipe from my favorite YouTube blogger (for Indian food) – ” inHouseRecipes “. And I am seriously trying to avoid exaggerating the taste 😎 but it was actually a blast when it reached my tongue.
The best part in “inHouseRecipes” is obviously not one but many but they have actually turned out to be my teachers on YouTube.
I hope to learn a lot more from them and by blogging here. Till then be tasty
